14h-18h Symposium in 4 parts
(third part)

On Friday, January 25th, 14-18 h, students from the seminar "do you see me?" with Ashkan Sepahvand will do exercises and experiments around questions of identity. Technics of montage will be part of these exercises. This is the 3rd part of the „Do you see me?“ sessions.Tackling the relationship between bodies and objects, this session will explore how representatIons of identity can be cut-up, re-oriented, turned fluid, made queer. References to avant-garde collage, montage, and cut-up practices, alongside a screening of audiovisual experiments, will inform the session's atmosphere. The texts "Queer Phenomenology" by Sara Ahmed and "Ready-Made Originals" by Molly Nesbit will be introduced and discussed.

So, If you’d like to use analogue techniques like scissors and papers, glue and colours etc. to do some good old montage, come and join!

The 4th and last session of the "do you see me?“ series will take place February 1st, 14- 18h
